I have dedicated my career to working with adults and older adults and have developed expertise in the areas of aging, illness, disability, dementia, caregiver stress, palliative/end of life, and coping skills.

For more than a decade, I have helped guide and counsel hundreds of individuals and families in their health and life struggles. I know how hard it can be to face the unknown or deal with unexpected life changes – you never expected to be alone or to be dealing with a disability or having to care for your partner, parent or child at this stage of your life.

You can trust I will work WITH you. I will LISTEN and work to help you find answers. Call me to find out if we are the right fit.
